With reference to the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Thursday 29/04/2021, in which the members of the Board of Directors of the United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) were elected for the next term, which started on 21/06/2021 for three years and ends on 20/06/2024.

United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) announces the Board of Director’s decision to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, formation of the committees, appoints the Company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul), and appoints the Board Secretary as follows:

Firstly: Electing the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, as follows:

1. Dr. Bassim Abdullah Abdulrahman Alim Chairman of the Board of Directors

2. Eng. Khaled Abdullah Khaled Aldabal Vice-Chairman

Secondly: The Board approved the formation of the following committees:

1. Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

2. Investment Committee.

3. The Board approved to nominate two new candidates to the Audit Committee, namely Mr. Adeeb Abanmi (Non-Board Member) and Mr. Muhammed Alotaibi (Non-Board Member), provided that this recommendation will be presented to the next General Assembly for approval after obtaining the needed approvals. The two members will begin to exercise their duties from the date of approval by the general assembly until the term ends on 20/06/2024.

Third: Representatives of the Company have been appointed to represent the Company at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) for all purposes related to complying with CMA regulation.

Fourthly: The secretary of the Board of Directors has been appointed.
