With reference to the announcement of the United International Transportation Company on 18/05/2022 on the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 17/05/2022, which included the Assembly's approval to distribute final cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2021, United International Transportation Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the dividends will be distributed starting from Thursday 02/06/2022, for the shareholders’ bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios, and the eligibility for dividends for the shareholders of the company who own the shares at the end of trading on Tuesday 17/05/2022 and are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date, at (1.3) Saudi riyals per share, which represents (13%) of the share capital, with a total amount of (92,516,668) Saudi riyals.
