CHAIRMAN
Mr. Abdulillah A. Zahid is the founder chairman and started this company with just 1 office and a fleet of 20 cars in 1978. Today under his great, inspiring leadership and vision, Budget Saudi has become the largest franchisee in the world and the biggest car rental company in Middle East, South East Asia & Africa, with more than 90 rental offices, and a fleet of more than 18000 cars.
He is a pioneer in the car rental industry and is considered to be one of the most experienced and respected businessman in the local & international community of the industry. His vast experience and wisdom of more than 35 years in the car rental industry is an asset to the company.
His principle of “Customer First Always” is the guiding light for any strategic business decisions taken by the management in the company, which has made us grow into one of the most successful companies in the industry. Mr. Zahid holds a post graduate degree in management & Urban planning from USA & is a member of the National Transportation Committee & a senior member of Organization of Car Rental Companies in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Mr. Fawaz is a law graduate from USA with expertise in legal & insurance spanning more than a decade of experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership in the last 9 years the company has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the profitable public companies in the industry. He has the vision to make this company into one of the largest diversified group offering transportation solutions in Middle East, South East Asia and Africa. His knowledge in the industry and dynamic understanding of all the business functions of the industry is an asset. Moreover his crucial role in transforming our company into a Public enterprise is of great importance to future subsidiaries in becoming a public company and reaping the rich benefits of the stock market. He is currently the member of KSA Tourism & Car Rental committee & a board member of Corporate Social Responsibility of JCCI (Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry). 

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mr. Mohammad Ravish Tatli is a Chartered Accountant and also holds certification from CIA (USA) and CFE (USA). Currently he is pursuing his Doctorate in Finance (DFM) from SMC University, Switzerland. He has been with Budget for more than 8 years and is the financial expert who has played a very vital role in our listing in the Saudi Stock exchange as a public company from the evaluation stage to the final share allocation. His 18 years of experience in the financial market in KSA and elsewhere is a tremendous strength for any subsidiary for going through the financial process of becoming a public company. He oversees all financing and accounting activities of the company and is actively involved in strategic decision making of the organization. He also serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors for diversification, M & A and global expansions. Before joining Unitrans, he worked with Ernst and Young in various capacities in both Jeddah and India. MR. Tatli is a as committee member of JCICA.I since 8 years and Chairman since March 2009. 

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Mr. Khalid Mohammad Zahid is an MBA from Chapman University, Orange County, California with specialization in Marketing & Management. He has been associated with our company since 2004 and has contributed to sales, marketing, operations and after sales functions during his tenure as management trainee. He has also played an important role in streamlining and developing new HR policies, procedures and systems for the benefit of the employees. His role in successfully recovering the dues from companies and individuals has also contributed to the company’s bottom line. As a member of the steering committee of the company he is also involved in short term & long term strategic decisions. 

National Procurement & Car Sale Manager
Mr Ashraf Al Bialy is a graduate in arts and has an extensive experience of more than 27 years and has been with our company since 1991. He has immensely contributed to the streamlining of the vehicle procurement and car sales department of the company. As a senior member of the steering committee of the company he has been actively contributing to the short term and long term strategic decisions of the company. 

 Regional Manager – Western Region
Mr. Anil Mathew Abraham joined Budget Saudi in 2003 and had been instrumental in the expansion and phenomenal growth of rental operations in Western Region. His 18 years of experience and expertise at various senior management positions in diverse fields of print, electronic and satellite media, prior to joining Budget Saudi, provided him the opportunity to conceive, launch and successfully manage SBUs, implement effective strategies for business growth and sustainability. He is a Post graduate in Management (MBA) and is currently pursuing Doctoral studies in Business Administration from Switzerland. He also holds a Diploma in Mass Communication & Public Speaking Skills.

Regional Manager – Central Region
Mr. Mohammed Salahuddin A Quraishi is a post graduate in science (MSc) and a Master in Business Adminstration (MBA) with an extensive managerial experience of more than 35 years in reputed companies like Kanoo, Nedloyd, Orient Marine. He has been instrumental in the multiple growth of the Central Region. He has played a key role in strategic decisions as a senior member of the steering committee during his tenure of more than 17 years with us. His customer focused approach, team spirit; sharp business acumen combined with the leadership qualities has contributed immensely to the success of this region.
